Debit Card Controls

Download the CCCU Debit Card Controls app and have control over your card when you need it - available on Apple App store or Google Play store.

You can set transaction limits and alerts, plus lock and unlock your card.

If you cannot find your debit card:
The first thing you should do is lock it, or turn it off, within the app. Then, call us at 800.444.8115 (Option 2) to report your debit card lost or stolen.

Reporting your card as lost or stolen immediately could save you from unnecessary fraud. Turning it off prevents anyone from making purchases until you turn it back on.
