Debit card controls
Manage your debit card right in Online and Mobile Banking. Debit Card Management allows you to set alerts, view card details, manage your PIN, lock and unlock your card, and much more!
Desktop Access:
- Login to Online Banking
- Hover over Cards in the top menu
- Select Debit Card Management
Mobile Access:
- Sign in to the CCCU Mobile Banking app
- Tap More in the bottom menu
- Tap Cards
- Select Debit Card Management
If you cannot find your debit card:
The first thing you should do is lock it, or turn it off, within the app. Then, call us at 800.444.8115 (Option 2) to report your debit card lost or stolen.
