What Happens At The Annual Meeting

At the Annual Meeting, you’ll hear about how the Credit Union performed in 2023, plans for the coming year, and election results. For a copy of the Annual Meeting minutes from last year, please click here.

A copy of the 2023 Annual Report will be distributed at the meeting. You may access the digital version here the day after the meeting as well as on our “Who We Are” page.

The annual meeting is one of the many benefits of credit union membership, and we hope you’ll attend the in-person event or via Zoom. Hope to see you there!

The Credit Union will be closing at 1:45 pm on Wednesday, April 24 for our 61st Annual Meeting. We’ll resume regular business hours the following day, April 25.

Board of Director Elections

Applications are currently being accepted via petition for 2024 Board Elections. Nominees will be added to the list of candidates and are required to have a petition signed by at least 1% of membership. There are three open positions with three nominees. There will be no ballots or nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled.

To be considered for the role of director, please visit our Serving on the Board page and fill out our Volunteer Application Packet.

Mary Savage

I currently serve as the Board Chair for PFCU, having been a member for over 50 years. I was the Region Director of Diagnostic Imaging at Providence Health & Services and hold a Bachelor of Science in Management and Communication and a master’s in business administration. Being part of this Credit Union Board and a voice for the members is very rewarding. I am committed to representing our members effectively and hope to continue in this leadership role for you.

Kevin Matheny

I’m the Executive VP and Chief Development Officer for Concordia University’s Foundation and hold a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. As a PFCU member since 1999, I’m eager to contribute my skills and leadership experience to the credit union. Since many of the members are former co-workers of mine, I promise to continue to serve on behalf of all members.
