Important Notice
A new online and mobile banking experience launches on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. This new banking experience will come with the ability to connect face-to-face with a PFCU teller directly from your online banking and mobile app. This removes the need for a separate app like VidMe, which will no longer be available to use starting October 10.
How Video Banking will work starting October 10:
- In the more services tab of your PFCU Mobile Banking App, or Online Banking, select Video Banking.
- Enter your information and you’ll be connected with a representative.
- Ask questions, open a membership, discuss loans, wire money, make transfers, and more.

Download our VidMe app on your phone or tablet to conveniently bank from the comfort and convenience of your own home. During normal business hours, you can:
- Apply for a Loan
- Open a New Account
- Ask Questions
- And more
Simply download our app in the Apple App Store or Google Play MarketPlace. Then select a service (member services or loans) and click on “Start Video Call”. It’s that easy! We can’t wait to see you!
