What is Video Banking and how do I use it?

Video Banking allows you to connect face-to-face with a PFCU teller directly from your online banking and mobile app. With Video Banking you will be able to apply for membership, apply for a loan, open a new account, ask everyday questions, and more!

How to use Video Banking:

  1. In the more services tab of your PFCU Mobile Banking App, or Online Banking, select Video Banking.
  2. Enter your information and you’ll be connected with a representative.
  3. Ask questions, open a membership, discuss loans, wire money, make transfers, and more.
