How do I identify myself to vote online? How do you ensure members only vote once?

To cast your vote, simply enter your account number or Election ID and the last 4-digit of your Social Security Number or Tax ID. The trusted third-party company, CU Ballot, is designed to accurately record your vote while preventing multiple submissions. Your account number can be found at the top of your monthly statement as well as in online banking and mobile banking app.

If a member accidentally mails their ballot and votes online, the third-party conducting the member vote has protocols in place to ensure only the last vote received is counted.

For those with multiple memberships, including personal and business accounts, you have the flexibility to use any account number for online voting. Each member’s vote is unique and counts once, maintaining the integrity of our voting process.

For our members representing legal entities, you have the privilege to vote for both your personal memberships and legal entity (corporation or LLC). We recognize each entity separately, ensuring your voice is heard in every capacity.
