Providence Federal Credit Union has re-opened our branch lobbies at the Milwaukie Administrative, St. Vincent and POP II Office locations. While we are excited to take steps toward more normalized service, here are a few things you will need to be aware of regarding temporary measures that we have put in place to increase safety for everyone.
MILWAUKIE ADMINISTRATIVE, ST. VINCENT AND POP II LOCATIONS NOW OPEN
Our Milwaukie Administrative Office is open as of June 15th, providing full services with new safety measures. POP II is open for transactional services (only) as of June 15th, and appointments are required for new deposit accounts, loans and notaries. Our St. Vincent location is open for transactional services (only) as of June 22nd, and appointments are required for new deposit accounts, loans, safe deposit boxes and notaries. All of our ATMs/ITMs and call center are open during normal business hours, fully staffed to serve you, and that will continue.
Please note that, in order to protect you and our Providence FCU team members, all of our locations have new safety requirements as outlined below.
LIMITED NUMBER ALLOWED IN LOBBY
Following recommendations of federal and local authorities to ensure safe distancing, we are limiting how many people can be in our branch lobbies at one time.
APPOINTMENTS ARE ENCOURAGED
To help us control how many we have in our lobby, we are recommending members schedule appointments via our appointment scheduling tool on our website or calling our Member Care team at 888.849.5189.
MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED
Because our employees meet with numerous members throughout the day in fairly close quarters - for your safety, the safety of our team members and the safety of their families - anyone entering the building will be asked to wear a face mask.
HAND SANITIZING STATIONS
In addition to encouraging frequent hand-washing by our Providence FCU team members, hand sanitizing stations have been set up within the branch for your use and protection.
AVOID SHAKING HANDS
While it feels odd to not shake hands in greetings or saying goodbye, our staff is being advised to forgo any hand shaking. We hope that you will understand this temporary exception to our normal service standards.
When you visit our re-opened branch lobbies, you will note that service areas are now equipped with protective shields. While masks do a better job of reducing the spread of the virus, the protective shields will give an added level of protection for you and others.
We ask that you maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from others in the lobby to meet the government recommended safe distance standards. We have reminders in the lobbies, including stickers on the floor to indicate safe waiting distances. Additionally, we ask that only one person at a time be served at each teller window at our POP II and St. Vincent branch locations.
